极光9AT“续集”：外媒的相反意见

写完2014款极光车评（点击此处），有朋友私下问我，好像外媒对9AT的测试结果和你观点有所冲突哦。以下是来自外媒《Motorauthority》的原文节选（完整请点此处）：

If you pay attention, you might register that the shifts are just a little bit quicker, with less lag between them, and the ratios are a bit closer.

Whether on full throttle or under only partial acceleration, the gasoline turbo four and nine-speed play well together.

By the time we reached 70 mph on the test track, the transmission was only in fifth gear, and the engine was turning only 2,100 rpm--against a speed several hundred RPM higher with the old six-speed automatic.

At 100 mph, it took lifting off to get the ZF automatic into its ninth and final gear--and the engine was still running notably slower than it would have in top gear with a six-speed.

上面加粗字体意思大致如下，极光9AT在70英里/小时（相当于112.6km/h）处于第五挡，转速为2100转，而第九挡在100英里/小时（160.9km/h）自动挂上。以这篇外稿的角度，极光9AT的最高挡和自由光一样，都无法在中国合法速度下使用（D挡模式）。但我车评中的观点，却如下：

我当时试车的猜测，是极光大约会在100km/h自动挂上9挡，即最高挡能在合法范围内使用，这与Motorauthority看法可谓相互冲突！

为何会有这种情况？《Motorauthority》中所试的是ZF公司提供的试装车（完整原文中会看到“pre-production prototypes”），最终量产版本或许会有所不同。

另外，便是几个客观情况。正如我在车评原文所中所说（见上图），极光很难在D挡模式下准确获知所处挡位（特殊的手动切入方法）。不知道Motorauthority试驾的试装车是否有所不同，还是他们真的透过转速表一上一下的动作去捕捉？再者，在Motorauthority网站上，没有行驶时的仪表状态图，很多东西我们无从考证（也没有写极光在110英里/小时的转速）。最后一点就是驾驶方式，我们无法得知外文中数据是不是在大油门下获得（即没有通过轻微油门动作让巡航转速降至最低），因为我记得在110km/h左右时巡航，极光的转速依然在2000转之下。

那么其它外媒怎么说？《Car and driver》试驾完量产版后（原文点击此处），文中也从没确切说出D挡模式下，多少速度巡航将对应多少挡（估计他们也是无法从仪表看到准确挡位）。至于香港杂志《极速志》，则仅仅说90km/h可以手动上9挡，但依然没能具体说出速度和挡位的关系，而只是引用了Motorauthority网站的结论，得出9挡在香港毫无用处的结论。

一筹莫展之际，在google找到了ZF刚发布9AT时的消息（原文可点击此处），其中一张官图相当耐人寻味，欲表达之意，是不是极光自动攀上9挡的速度，大概为110km/h呢？
